Backyard and Beach Makeover

What began as an outdated and overgrown patio evolved into a total transformation of this lakeside property. The original patio was difficult to enjoy and limited both the functionality and appearance of the backyard. We completely redesigned and expanded the patio, creating anoutdoor living area with improved flow and accessibility around the home.

After seeing the results of the patio renovation, the homeowners invited us back to tackle the next phase of their outdoor living vision. It was time to expand the beachfront. We increased the usable beach area and reconfigured the existing fence to maximize waterfront space and shoreline for family and guests to enjoy.

Complete Walkway Renovation

As these homeowners prepared to host a large family event, they realised they wanted their outdoor spaces to reflect both the beauty and care they had invested in their home. We removed both the front and rear walkways, and installed new walkways with clean and modern appearances around the property. The finished walkways provide a seamless connection between the front and back of the home while enhancing curb appeal and creating an inviting space for family and guests. Hardscape improvements like these can completely refresh a property, turning an already beautiful home into a space ready for life's biggest celebrations.

A Complete Property Transformation

Some projects evolve over time as homeowners continue investing in their property and bringing their vision to life. This project is a perfect example of what can be accomplished through a long-term partnership built on trust and quality workmanship.

The transformation began with a walkway renovation and partial reconstruction of an existing boulder retaining wall. After seeing the results, the homeowners invited us back for additional phases of work, including new planting beds, selective tree removals, a complete front lawn renovation, and the removal of an aging deck that was replaced with a custom patio

Outdoor Living Expansion

This project transformed a backyard into a stunning outdoor living space designed for both function and relaxation. Before construction, the property featured a difficult slope, limited usable space, and little connection between the home's walkout basement and the rest of the yard.

To fully unlock the potential of the property, we constructed a custom patio complete with a built-in fireplace, along with a boulder retaining wall that provides a dramatic visual backdrop that helps define the space. To improve accessibility throughout the property, we also installed a wide staircase making navigation safer and more convenient.

The result is a complete backyard transformation that turned a challenging slope into one of the property's most attractive and enjoyable features.
